Salary: CHF 85,000–110,000 (Geneva)

We are seeking a Research Analyst to support investment engagements across opportunity sourcing, valuation, due diligence and strategy development. You will work directly on live mandates, often under time pressure, with clients who expect decision-ready materials. The role requires moving between different analytical modes: building financial models one day, conducting management interviews the next, drafting investment memos the day after.

The work involves:

  • Market mapping and target identification: screening sectors for mispriced assets, building proprietary contact lists, securing introductions
  • Financial modelling and valuation: constructing scenario-based models, stress-testing assumptions, translating complexity into clarity
  • Due diligence execution: designing workstreams, conducting interviews, synthesising findings into risk registers and recommendation frameworks
  • Investment memo drafting: writing decision materials that withstand committee scrutiny

You will also contribute to sector research, track macro developments relevant to client portfolios and maintain competitive intelligence across industries we cover.
